Prices shown on this website and figures from the online estimator are indicative only and are not a quotation. A quote is given after inspection. If hidden damage found during the work changes the scope, we will explain it and agree any change with you before continuing.

Visit and work dates are agreed with you in advance. Weather can affect waterproofing because many materials need a dry surface, so we may reschedule when conditions are not suitable.

08Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, please tell us as early as possible. Where materials have already been bought or work has started for your job, charges for these may apply as agreed in your quote.

09Refund and return policy

Prime Barrier provides services rather than products for sale, so a "return" in the usual sense does not apply to completed work. If you have a concern about work we carried out, contact us and we will inspect it and discuss it with you. Any refund, rework or adjustment is handled case by case, based on what was agreed in writing for your job. Materials supplied by the customer are not covered.
